Sometimes you have to create the quiet.

Life goes so fast, demands and deadlines build, stress rises and my focus goes out the window!

As I am preparing some talks for events in the next month I have found myself jittery, unfocused and frustrated.  The last four days have felt like I was struggling with ADHD.  I couldn’t even sit still.

So last night I began to –

Create the Quiet –

so I can listen.

And maybe… it is a day to create quiet for you…

So… no 600 word post today… just a little bit of quiet.
